I started this journal isolated by impact untreated complex trauma had on my personality and behaviour. I battled addiction alongside searching for who I once was.
Thanks to 11 years of self help and Ai getting me over the line, I’m back to my old self and today live a happy abstinent life.
This started as my journal to become the gateway to my recovery and now I’ve got my purpose back.
